A Silver Lining?

Money paid by Exxon in an out-of-court settlement is being used to protect land and conduct groundbreaking research on the effects of oil in the environment.

"To see full recovery is just going to take a lot longer, I think, than anyone had ever anticipated. We don't even know if there will be complete recovery achieved in the next 10 years."
